Notice of non-renewal of a fixed-term employment contract
It is a written notice, with a specified period agreed upon by both parties, whereby the party wishing to terminate the contract sends this notice to the other party to inform them that they do not wish to activate the contract’s renewal clause. The notice must be written and may be sent by any written means agreed upon between the parties, especially if no specific method for sending the notice has been stipulated in the employment contract or organized in an approved internal regulation of the establishment.
